​By placing an order for baked goods shipped from Mijas Munchies you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Liability Waiver: Mijas Munchies is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur once the baked goods are in the custody of the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, the condition of the goods upon arrival, shipping errors, or any issues arising from the handling of the package.

Shipping Process: We take great care in packaging our baked goods to ensure their quality during transit. However, we cannot guarantee the treatment of packages by postal services and will not be held liable for any adverse effects that occur as a result of their handling. All orders are shipped using usps GROUND unless you request priority shipping. Ground is estimated 2-5 business days. No order is shipped with ice/ dry ice.

​Claims: Any claims regarding lost or damaged items must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. I am unable to assist with claims once the package has been shipped.
